Back in November of ‘07′ Shepard Fairey had a show in London gallery Stolen Space. The show titled “Nineteeneightyfouria” was Shepard’s first solo show in the UK and had over 150 pieces of his work on display. Dazed Digital had a chance to catch up with Shepard at the show and do a video interview with Fairey regarding his art, his career and his methods. You can view the video here.

Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat filmed by a British tv show in 1986 discussing their art and taking pictures. Warhol and Basquiat are different to say the least, some say weird some say eccentric, I say tomato, tomatoe.

Everyone is getting in on the presidential campaign this year. You have hundreds of “Obama” t-shirts, rappers making songs about Obama and artist are giving their opinions to the only way they know how to, through art. Shepard Fairey had the Obama posters now Ron English has this song/video he put together which, yes, does feature an Obama art wall installation, so without further ado I now introduce Ron English’s “Abraham Obama”.
