The mafia is a real problem in Italy, the Sopranos and the mafia in our country is peanuts to what’s happening over there. The film Gomorrah directed by Matteo Garrone and based on the best selling novel by Roberto Saviano is going to put the world of Camorra (Italian mafia) under a spotlight and unveil its secret truths. The film and book are so revealing and damaging that the books author Roberto Saviano has been in hiding with police protection for 2 years now because there is a mafia hit out on his life, and now that the movie has been released in Europe the mafia is even angrier stating they want Saviano dead before Christmas.
